Solution
Megicode delivered an end-to-end ML pipeline: data cleaning, feature engineering, and a scikit-learn model for attrition prediction. We built interactive dashboards (Plotly Dash) for HR to filter risk by department, tenure, and performance. The project included stakeholder workshops and model explainability training.
